That's a complicated question. We and our clients believe what we do is valuable and that value, like everything else in this world, translates into money so please contact us for a prices. If you'd like to become a client of ours we offer retainers that are much more affordable than per job or per hour prices.
No. All our employees show up to the same office. We do not currently use the talents of any person outside of the United States and will never use outsourcing to "maximize profit" as so many companies do. When you call us you get us and not someone pretending to be us.
The short answer is yes, but the long answer is that we serve our community. We'll help out with our local community by having our shop available from 9-am - 5pm, but we do not make house calls at residential rates, on-site visits are charged as if you were a business client. If you're in need of help, please give us a call to make sure there's someone at the office.
No. The reason being is that they add an unnecessary cost to do business and that would require us to pass that cost onto our clients. To stay competitive we do not use any money transfer services and only accept checks or cash.
Of course your can hire us for single job. While we do hope to maintain a relationship with your business we'll do one-off jobs if that's all you need.
In our opinion social media distracts from the work we're supposed to be doing. We're a small team and don't have time to dedicate the the drama that social media inevitably invites. We use that time for our clients.
